Friendship Quilt – Friendship Quilt Block Pattern

Here is a quilt block taken from a Friendship Quilt made in 1876. This quilt block was made of the most beautiful paisley material, but you can make it of any small patterned material and in any color. To show the design to best advantage, use pieced blocks and alternating plain white blocks.
