Cut pieces – the number and color given on patterns. Piece 12 blocks in all. Set together with 17 strips of white each 18” x 6” and six 6” white squares. Set 3 blocks across and 4 up and down.
Cut 2 strips for end borders each 9” x 81 1/2” and 2 for sides each 9” x 104 1/2”. Seam borders to edge of quilt mitering at corners.
Line and pad quilt well. Quilt around seams. Bind in color.
Finished quilt with border measures about 80 1/2 x 103 1/2. Quilt top requires 5 yards of white, 2 yards of color and miscellaneous prints – about 3/4 yard.
